Between tradition and modernity
At the reception, Caroline Koehler perpetuates the family tradition that has lasted for over a century. She warmly welcomes visiting gourmets who wish to discover a traditional and refined cuisine as well as regulars, some of whom have been visiting the restaurant for over 50 years.
You will be invited to enjoy the tranquility of the veranda (with a view of the kitchens) and its contemporary architecture to enjoy a drink, or to go directly to the dining room to immerse yourself in the history of the Koehler family and savor a pleasant moment where gastronomy rhymes with exchanges and good humor.
In order to preserve this family spirit which is so dear to them, the Koehler Family, member of the Association of Stars of Alsace, welcomes their guests in this same place which already welcomed the customers of the Relais Poste run by the family in the last century,
And also the very first fans of the succulent local cuisine offered by the great grandmother of the Master of the Places: Mélanie Koehler.
